Quick Note: Shooting Creek Tasting in Riner Today

If you’ve read any posts on this blog at all, you know I always try my best to keep up with the local and regional breweries and their “goings on”.  So, under that department, Floyd County’s Shooting Creek Brewery will be at Sinkland Farms in Riner, Va today, pouring tastings of their Red Tractor altbier, Rebel Ale, and Wildflower Wheat.  In looking at the Sinkland Farms’ website, they are having a benefit music festival today, including the local beer and wine tastings.  What’s particularly curious about this Shooting Creek tasting is that the team at the brewery have been reworking the recipe for the Wildflower Wheat, so if you’ve had it previously and liked it, I’m positive it’s even better than before.
